Job Description

This is a work from home Head of Digital Campaigns opportunity, you can be based pretty much anywhere but will need to be able to attend the company offices Coventry and London and make client visits throughout the UK on occasion. You will be joining theEMEA Exhibition Marketing team of a global, full service face-to-face live events marketing partner. Define the campaign strategy and roll out for all aspects of the exhibitor and product marketing programmes using the marketing automation platform MarketoSet benchmarks / targets for performance ensuring these are tracked and analysed and use to inform future activity
Lead (with VP Marketing) for EMEA on the current and future tech stack and CRM integration, working with global centre of excellence to achieve this
Define and action a Test and Learn programme to continually improve the campaigns and teams effectiveness
Provide day to day management of the campaigns teams activity including budget and cost control where appropriate
Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Campaign Executive, including ongoing performance management and skills development

We are keen to speak to people about this Head of Digital Campaigns role with the following skills and experience:

Hands on experience of setting strategies and running digital campaigns in a marketing automation platform -ideally MarketoExperience running AB testing programmes and continually optimising results
The ability toanalyse data, benchmark against KPIs, compile monthly reports and have lead generation / lead scoring and tracking capabilities
Advanced skills / experience of CRM systemsideally Salesforce
Excellent analytics and general data skills
