Job Description

A global, full service face-to-face live events marketing partner is looking for an Administrator to join its team in Coventry. This is a hybrid role mainly working from home after training - all equipment will be provided for you.The company create some of the most incredible events in the worldthink events, sales conferences, and exhibitions of all sizes. From initial strategy and show-stopping audio-visual to insightful measurementand every detail in betweenthe company bringbrands to life! Their mission is to create memorable event experiences and they count on their talented employees around the world to help them achieve it.As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively designing and managing online exhibitor manuals for event organisers.
  • Organising and managing client liaison including taking written and verbal instructions and communicating turnaround times clearly to clients.
  • Managing multiple online manuals at any one time.
  • Organising and managing client training in the system as required.
  • Ensuring contracts are raised, authorised, and stored correctly.
The successful Administrator will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills, with excellent spelling, grammar, and the ability to produce error-free documents.
  • Ability to work under your own initiative with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the events industry and particularly online manuals would be beneficial but not essential.
Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8.305.00 (with one-hour unpaid lunch).
