Job Description

Warehouse Administrator Lichfield - Salary 22k-Monday to Friday - 6am-2.30pm or 8am - 4.30pm Warehouse Administrator / / Lichfield / 22k-Gi Group are working with a worldwide Transport and logistics company and are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join them on a very exciting journey. The Warehouse Administrator will be focusing on employment engagement, health and safety elements to the site and also offering support within the invoicing team, so it is an all-round position which will offer the right person the chance to develop specificallywithin a health and safety coordinator role. Our client is looking to put the candidate through health and safety qualifications so will be constantly looking to develop this individual to throughout their career. Role Purpose * Dealing with in and outbound calls* Dealing with all the office administration and logistics functions* Data entry and updating the systems and keeping all documentation up to date and be organised* Dealing with despatch and goods in * Dealing with stock queries and supporting the stock controller * Working as part of a busy team and working to set deadlines based on KPI deadlines* Dealing with clients and follow up on requests and orders* Coordinating transportation details and advising on any delays or problems that may arise* Reporting and providing the correct documentation for shipments to customers, Completing CMRS* Dealing with the complaints and customer queries * Liaising between the hauliers, suppliers, and customers* Following the SOPsDuties :* Effectively communicate with the customers, various teams, transport companies etc.* Constantly monitor progress throughout the day* Previous experience within a similar role is beneficial* Passionate and willing to provide exceptional levels of customer service* An excellent communicator with people at any level within the organisation* Competent problem-solving skills with the ability to look for alternative solutions* Immaculate attention to detail alongside highly accurate data entry and inputting skillsSkills* Good verbal and written communication skills* Able to use own initiative and take a proactive approach* Willing to take an active role in ones own development* Experience in a customer service, case management or Occupational Health environment* Good IT skills to include the use of database systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel* Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise* Able to work as part of a teamPlease call Emma Welsh onGi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited group of companies includes Gi Recruitment Limited, Draefern Limited, Gi Group Recruitment Ltd, INTOO (UK) Limited, Marks Sattin (UK) Limited, TACK TMI UK Limited and Grafton Professional Staffing Limited.
