A client of Brook Street Social Care is looking for an outgoing, compassionate, highly communicative individual who enjoys empowering and encouraging people.More than just rota management is involved in the job of a care coordinator. You will be in assisting the Manager with business growth and making sure they consistently provide the best level of service.Your role will be crucial to ensuring that this occurs every day by matching Customers and Carers based on availability as well as personality. Responsibilities of the role: (But not limited too)" Creating a staff roster to ensure the timely and safe delivery of services to our customers." To share responsibility for the care delivery in your designated locality." Keep an eye on community care providers and conduct supervisions and evaluations." Communicate with other experts working on the service user`s care." To assist with and/or participate in the On-Call service after hours.Skills and abilities:" Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; " expertise in logistics. " high level of organisation and ability to set priorities. " Good writing and verbal communication skills. " familiarity with supported living options.Preferable:" Have or be willing to work towards a QCF (NVQ) level 3 in Care/ Management or equivalent."
