Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKAre you a car enthusiast with a knack for customer service and a keen eye for detail As a Car Parts Advisor at our clients company, youll play a vital role in the team, working on a variety of marques, including Saab, Volvo, Mercedes, Smart, and more. Yourresponsibilities include identifying, sourcing, and listing new product ranges on their websites and handling customer inquiries through email and telephone. Flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally assist with other tasks within their small, dynamicteam.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and list new product ranges for Saab, Volvo, Mercedes, Smart, and more
  • Manage the eBay shop
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone
  • Collaborate within a small, friendly team
  • Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate:Is our clients team the perfect fit for you They are looking for someone who is:
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented
  • Experienced in the car parts industry (minimum 12 months)
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (specific training provided)
  • Comfortable working independently and using initiative
  • Equipped with a professional telephone manner
  • Enthusiastic about the aftermarket/performance parts sector (a plus but not essential)
