Job Description

This will see you supporting on a range of ER matters from relatively simple absence matters tomore complex performance or disciplinary matters. As a business that has grown rapidly over recent years, youll find diversity in management capability and, therefore, managers who will require vary levels of support.The HR structure has been put together in such a way that this role can offer a personalised service to managers, where you can take the time to coach, educate and provide the time and support required to resolve their issues effectively but, in doing so, givingthem the skills to better manage moving forward.Beyond the day-to-day management support, you will help with the ongoing development of policies and processes, promote good recruitment practices, support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, work with the L&D team on training coordination andprovide support to the HRBPs on ad hoc projects.Why here and why nowThis business is in an ongoing growth journey with aspirations to not slow down so you can expect there to be continued investment in the business, its people and your career.
