The ideal candidate should have a passion for teachingand be able to inspire students to develop their creativity and imagination.Assist teachers in classes for year key stage 3.4 and 5Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfil the requirements of the school’s curriculum program and show written evidence of preparation as required.Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for individual student differences.Evaluate student performances in class and provide feedback.Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive relationships with students.Communicate with parents and school counsellors on student progress.Participate in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.Teaching certification or equivalent.Experience teaching high school students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Immediate start with competitive rates of pay.
