Job Description

The Recruitment Co are on the look out for Production Operatives to join their manufacturing client in Estover Plymouth, PL6 7TL.Pay: £10.85 an hourHours: Shift One - 8.00AM to 4.30PM Monday to Thursday Friday 5.40 to 2pmShift Two - 2pm to 12pm Monday to ThursdayLocation: Estover Industrial Estate, PlymouthDuration: This is a Temp Ongoing position, if you excel you will be offered a permanent role at the companyIMMEDIATE STARTS!Your role as a Production Operative:

You will be trained to coil and prepare cables and wires.
You will be responsible to package and label wires for shipping.
You will be working as a team in a fast paced environment.
You will be trained to run specialist machines.
As you learn the role you will take on new responsibilities within the factory such as running machines.

What we need from you:

Previous experience within a production environment is advantageous but not essential.
You must have good attendance and time keeping.
Ability to work within a team and learn alongside others.
Listening to instructions and acting on them in a timely fashion.
