Job RoleWe are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn. As an IT Helpdesk Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include: - Taking support calls from clients- Raising support tickets and progressing these to fix- Managing Office 365 requests- Performing first-line fixes where possible- Liaising with senior engineers. About the CompanyOur client offers IT support and Cloud services, IT solutions, protection & security and Office 365 with professional advice on equipment required to meet business objectives, on-site personnel training, use of their resources to help fulfil business needsand the ongoing monitoring of hardware & software performance.Skills Required: You will be highly organised, have excellent verbal & written communication skills and a brilliant telephone manner. You will be reliable, willing to work hard and eager to learn. You will be flexible, adaptable, possess the ability to multitask, have good interpersonal skills and be a team player. A natural love of technology and interest in IT is mandatory.Personal Qualities:The company require a bright, honest, reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a genuine desire to learn and to build a career within the IT industry.
