Mercia Group is one of them!Main Purpose of RoleInternally this role is called a Processing Administration because you work as part of the team who process client requests and orders ensuring a positive customer experience is experienced by all clients and internal colleagues alike involved in thejourney.Responsibilities include:- Work to deadlines and ensure all clients requests and orders are processed accurately and on time in line with internally agreed SLAs.- Liaise efficiently with the wider team.- Provide exceptional service to our clients at first point of contact.- Process invoices for client orders products and processing via Salesforce.- Efficient and effective resolution of client queries received via web chat, emails and telephone calls.- Complying with all regulatory requirements and processes, for example GDPR and information security.- Processing of all other items as required.Skills and Experience Required- Experience in the same or similar role.- A proven track record of working to deadlines and ensure all clients requests and orders are processed accurately and on time in line with internally agreed SLAs.- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external clients.- Experience providing exceptional customer service- To comply with all regulatory requirements and processes, for example GDPR and information security.- Salesforce experience - desirableAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
