Job Description

Fixed Term Contract - Full TimeWere currently seeking Plymouth based Cleaners to work within a high output diagnostics laboratory environment as part of the UKs NHS Test and Trace programme.As well as playing a vital role in supporting societys return to a more normal way of life by helping to break the chains of COVID-19 transmission, you will also gain invaluable experience and exposure to some of the countrys most highly skilled individualsin the scientific community.Your responsibilities:

  • General cleaning duties (non scientific areas)
This role requires the following skills:
  • A courteous manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to follow specific instructions
  • Ability to work productively within a team
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety policies and procedures relative to the role
Experience Desired:
  • Manual handling skills
  • Cleaning
In return: As well as a competitive rate of pay of £9.89 / hour (with an uplift applied for nights to £12.44/Hr).This role works on a shift pattern of 14.00 to 22.00, 5 days on and 2 days off (some weekend work would be required). You will be paid £9.89 per hour 14.00 to 20.00 and £12.44 per hour 20.00 to 22.00.You will also be joining a diverse and hugely welcoming team.
