Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the team in our Erdington dealership.This is a full time role with a salary of £22,400This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to start their HR career.You will:

  • Manage our new starter process including producing offer letters and contracts
  • Manage our leaver process including coordinating and tracking exit interview data
  • Run monthly reports and liaise with stakeholders for information
  • Correspond with reference requests
  • Update and maintain accurate electronic colleague records
  • Collate statistics and data as requested by the market area or wider HR team
  • Maintain monthly reports
  • Provide administration for low level ER activity
You will have:
  • Effective ways of prioritising your workload
  • The ability to work to tight SLAs
  • Confidentiality and be able to adhere to legal requirements
  • Accuracy of all administration
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards - Essential
  • Exposure to an administrative role
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft skills - Essential
