Cover Supervisor Erdington, BirminghamSupply, Part-timeWe are currently working with a SEND secondary school, that is part of a Multi-academy trust in Erdington who are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team on a supply basis.The Role of the Cover Supervisor:-

Deliver pre planned lessons to the students, adapting your method of teaching where necessary.
Make yourself aware of, and adhere to the schools policies and procedures, particularly regarding behaviour.
Maintain a safe learning environment, ensuring any safeguarding concerns are reported correctly.

A Cover Supervisor must have:

An Bachelors degree as a minimum; a degree in a subject that is taught at Key Stage 3 and/ or 4 would be advantageous.
At least 6 months of cover supervisor experience, or experience teaching or tutoring children aged 11-16 years.
Suitable references covering their most recent 2 years of work/study.
