Job Description

We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work for a global digital solutions company on a temporary basis for 3-6 months with the ability to work from home, starting in January 2024 ideally!This is a temporary remote role offering an hourly rate of £15.38-£19.48 per hour dependent on experience working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.As Web Marketing Specialist you will focus on creating and updating website pages on global websites. As a member of the website production team, you will work on page updates, content entry, site maintenance, creating requirements for and testing the CMS components,general site quality assurance and user experience under the direction of the Manager of Web Operations. Your role will involve the following:

  • Perform website content updates and maintenance
  • Ensure that updates of content and creation of all web material and functionality take place in an efficient and timely way
  • Create and edit Campaign Landing pages
  • Come up with web design and optimization ideas and solutions
  • Quality control & testing : Test all functionality and links and resolve any errors or issues in a timely and efficient way
  • Implementing best practice usability and accessibility guidelines on all aspects of web production
  • Ensure that web page and associated designs produced are consistent with branding as well as best practice standards and guidelines
  • Provide feedback to content owners to help optimize content and pages
We are looking for a self-starter to join this dynamic digital marketing team. You will work on a wide variety of digital projects to understand customer needs, marketing/ business priorities/ objectives and translate/ develop optimal digital customer experience.We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar Digital Marketing role in a B2B company or agency experience.
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise content management systems (CMS). Sitecore knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in HTML and CSS (a plus)
  • Front-end website design experience
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience and an understanding of Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze and evaluate (a plus).
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms is a plus (e.g., Optimizely, Maxymiser, others).
  • Experience with Marketing automation platforms is a plus (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, others).
  • English language fluency to native or near-native level. Second language a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with team members who are around the world
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or other graphical software
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Must be a team player who can take direction on project assignments but is also able to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in large, complex organizational structures with rapidly changing requirements and shifting priorities.
