Job Description

Our client a leading distribution company are seeking a customer service advisor to join their team based in Erdington on a temporary on-going basis.As customer service administrator you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Processing orders and transactions
  • Informing customers about real or potential product/service issues
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Liaise with operation department heads for communication feedback
  • Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
  • Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
  • Standard CSD & adhoc duties apply
This role would suit somebody that has previous telephone-based customer service experience and ideally is from a transport/logistical background although this is not essential.This position is a full-time role and will be offering working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday as well as an hourly pay rate of £12.02.If you are available immediately and have previous experience, please click apply now and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV.
