Job Title: Call centre - Customer Services Advisor £10.92, weekly pay for the first 12 weeks.Location: Birmingham Reporting to: Customer Services Manager Hours of Work Monday to Sunday 8am - 7pm Working 5 out of 7 days Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Answer Inbound Calls Placing customer orders over the telephone Respond to Customer emails on Roman email facility, Amazon & Ebay within company KPIs To assist in handling customer complaints within expected SLAs To process Green Bags on a daily basis. To ensure correct information is given to customers and stores at all times regarding orders, queries and complaints. To support the Customer Service Team Leader, where required. To ensure any additional ad hoc duties which may be required of the CS team are completed e.g. Data Inputting, Outbound calling. Ad hoc duties as and when required. Uphold Data Protection.
