Job Title: Call centre - Customer Services Advisor £10.92, weekly pay for the first 12 weeks.Location: Birmingham Reporting to: Customer Services Manager Hours of Work Monday to Sunday 8am - 7pm Working 5 out of 7 days Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Answer Inbound Calls Placing customer orders over the telephone Respond to Customer emails on Roman email facility, Amazon & Ebay within company KPIs To assist in handling customer complaints within expected SLAs To process Green Bags on a daily basis. To ensure correct information is given to customers and stores at all times regarding orders, queries and complaints. To support the Customer Service Team Leader, where required.
