"Northumberland County Council are looking to appoint a Lead HR Adviser - Education Special Projects on a two-year fixed term contract to support the Head of School Organisation and Resources in the provision of highly specialist HR advice during schoolconsultations and re-organisations. As Lead HR Adviser - Education Special Projects you will provide HR advice to school staff, headteachers, managers and governors on a wide range of HR issues. Draft policies, procedures and guidelines as appropriate, includedinfluencing trade unions where necessary.
