Job Title: Customer Service / Order ProcessorLocation: Elsenham Salary: £25,000Term: Full Time and PermanentRecruitAbility are looking for a customer service/order processor to join their very well established, fast paced client based just outside Bishops Stortford. If you are confident and have an excellent telephone manner, this could be the role for you.The role of Customer Service / Order Processor:

Answering incoming phone lines
Processing customers phone, email and web orders and customer returns
Understanding customer requirements
Understanding of our products and services
Supporting your colleagues
Liaising with other departments, buying, production, goods out and technical
Make outgoing calls to customers

To be considered for the role of Customer Service / Order Processor:

You must be able to drive and have your own transport due to the location of the office
Experience working in a business-to-business environment
Desired Experience using a CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Experience of using SAGE 200 or a similar package preferred
Experience with inputting sales orders onto PC system
Able to prioritise own workload and work within a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
