Job Description

This is a hybrid role This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge expanding global business services function who are seeking a dynamic Payroll Manager to lead the UK and EMEAA payroll team to support the centralised payroll process, whilst driving change management.Candidates from either the manufacturing or retail industry who are used to overseeing high volume payrolls, various shift patterns, would be advantageous.As part of the overall strategy and roll out for the European HR Shared Service Centre, you will have extensive European legislation payroll knowledge with proven experience of implementation and integrations, ideally using Ceridian Dayforce payroll or similar.Basic salary up to £68,000 plus excellent benefits and free parkingDuties

  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring all payroll processes and deadlines are meet, demonstrate previous experience of leading an EMEAA payroll team, implementing best practices, controls whist operating a continuousimprovement approach.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, written and spoken, have strong analytical and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and problem solve.
  • You will ensure accurate submission of all payrolls, including approval documentation and manage all regular and ancillary payments.
  • Take responsibility for developing, analysing vendor performance data to support vendor governance and provide leadership, coaching, development, and direction to the payroll teams whilst continually seek out ways to create efficiency and innovation amongstthe teams.
