A world leader in the design and manufacture of electro-mechanical systems for the semiconductor industry are now seeking a Senior QA Test Engineer to join then their Eastbourne site. This client is a major global leading engineering company who are part of a business worth over £10 billion. They develop complex, high speed machinery which is used in the manufacture of semiconductors.In this role, you will be will be responsible for helping drive global projects to deliver improved software upon qualification testing of new product prototypes and existing machines to ensure that the test software used in the Service Technology Centres reflect how client customer will use the products after service.The Senior QA Test Engineer job will require you to:-Test automation of web applications and related backend applications.-Conduct exploratory & manual testing of web applications and related backend applications.-Formulate test scenarios.-Develop tools to assist manual and exploratory testing.Key skills required for the Senior QA Test Engineer job are:-At least three years in JavaScript development.-Experience in creating automated tests for API testing for web applications such as JavaScript and Python.-Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader who are offering opportunities for personal and professional development.
