A world leader in design and manufacturing of leading-edge technologies is looking for a Facilities Manager to be based at their site in Eastbourne, East Sussex.The role of Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining site facilities and plant, to ensure a safe, cost-effective, and legally compliant environment for all staff.The main responsibilities for the role of Facilities Manager job based in Eastbourne, East Sussex are:

Management of 7 direct reports
Budget responsibility
Ensure the site is secure and clean
Continuous awareness of the site requirements, status, maintenance, and utilities
Ensure safety standards are incorporated

A successful candidate for the Facilities Manager job based in Eastbourne, East Sussex will have the following:

NEBOSH Qualification
Corporate environment experience is desirable
Experience with asset management, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience leading a team
