Corporate Commercial ParalegalAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm firm, based near Brighton. This is a long-standing and well-established firm with an exceptional reputation.This firm are highly ranked in the Legal 500 as well as Chambers & Partners and produce great quality, city work.The successful paralegal will be joining the firms Corporate and Commercial department, working alongside two other paralegals. This role will be supporting an experienced team on a range of work, including:

Private equity
Bank finance
Corporate re-structuring
Joint ventures
Shareholders agreements
Agency and distribution agreements
IT licensing, support and maintenance agreements

Requirements/Experience:

At least 6 months experience in a commercially-focused environment.
Good academic background
Strong communication skills
Genuine interest in this area of law
Confident and enthusiastic
