This Head of Sales opportunity is known internally as Senior Partner – Farming and Commercial InsuranceBusiness Your experience and commercial flair Working with the existing Agency Partner to plan a strategy for growth, you’ll take responsibility for leading the agency team. You’ll combine your understanding of the agriculture sector and your leadership skillsto help create bespoke insurance solutions that meet the needs of the fast-paced agricultural world. You’ll be a catalyst to grow this insurance business at pace. The diversification and modernisation of agriculture in the southeast is your opportunity tothrive in this incredible sector. You’ll achieve this by using your leadership and people skills to build strong and lasting relationships with an ever-growing portfolio of large agricultural businesses. You’ll also drive business growth beyond farming, tappinginto local hotspots of High Net Worth and Small and Medium Enterprises across a range of sectors.
