Plan and Organize: Strategize and execute workshop activities to perfection, optimizing resources and timelines for maximum efficiency.
Lead by example as you motivate, manage, and empower our talented workforce. From manpower planning to recruitment and training, youll nurture their skills and ensure a dynamic team environment.
Sharpen your business acumen to drive profitability through streamlined workshop operations and exceptional service delivery.
Prioritize the well-being of our team and customers by always enforcing rigorous health and safety standards.
Oversee the seamless flow of machinery and equipment, ensuring accurate bookings and efficient logistics management.
Be the go-to person for resolving technical queries, both internally and externally, showcasing your expertise in construction, HGV, or heavy plant machinery.

Personal Skills & Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have Proficiency in construction, HGV, or heavy plant machinery operations
Experience with OEMs would be advantageous.
Demonstrated supervisory experience, preferably leading teams of at least 10 individuals.
Possession of an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Construction, HGV, Plant, or Agriculture would be beneficial.
