Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Partner PermanentNorth London - Site based with 1 day a week WFHUp to £60,000 + c£7000 + Benefits National travel will be required as and when requiredNetwork HR are working exclusively with a Construction Equipment Manufacturer to appoint an experienced Recruitment & Talent Partner to support in the development, implementation, roll out and ongoing management and administration of it’s recruitment programme.The successful candidate will manage and administer the group benchmarking strategy, ensuring compliance and alignment for each role and co-create and manage the company’s on and offboarding processes in line with the company values ensuring best in classand employer of choice status.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their strategic objectives and plan workforce and talent requirements.
  • Asses the organisation’s current and future talent needs, develop recruitment plans that support those needs, and implement strategies to attract and retain the right talent.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop, own and maintain a companywide skills matrix.
  • Create job descriptions that align with the structure, ensuring all roles are benchmarked with the Korn Ferry Hay application.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Promote & deliver on diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias initiatives in all areas of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Creating & maintaining general and job specific interview documentation.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and liaising with HR Admin function when needed.
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, developing a strong preferred supplier list.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop employer branding initiatives, leverage social media and online platforms to showcase the company’s culture and opportunities and ensure a positive candidate experience that aligns with theemployer brand.
  • Create and use applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools to gather data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, qualityof hires, and diversity metrics to HOHR and Business Managers..
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with external recruitment partners.
  • Play a pivotal part in the Apprentice Programme by organising recruitment days and assessment centres.
  • Be a key lead in the implementation of the Workday Recruitment module
Candidate Background
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Business Partner, Recruitment Manager or similar role
  • Previous experience setting up or significantly contributing to the establishment of a recruitment function.
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, such as Workday.
  • Thorough knowledge of labour legislation and best practices including Right to Work checks and Sponsorship applications.
