The organisation:This role reports to the HR Services Manager of a world class research organisation based on a beautiful campus in south Cambridgeshire. The role:This is a rare oppportunity to develop your HRIS skills and knowledge by joining an established HR Services Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR systems to meet process and complaince requirements. You will take the technical lead in areas such as managing the testing and deployment of regular system patches or upgrades, delivering system optimisation work, implementing additional system functionality or technical lead on future implementation activity. You will provide advice on the best practice use of the system, continuous improvements and ensure the delivery of first-rate user experience.The person:You will have experience of working in HR with a strong HR systems background.
