Job Description

We are offering you the chance to showcase your expertise in Call Handling by joining our Parts Operations Function as a Parts Orders Call Handler at our Head Office in Duxford.Drawing on your parts, service or mechanical knowledge you will be supporting the Parts Sales Manager with taking inbound calls from internal and external customers for parts pricing, availability and processing parts orders.Why join SMTOur benefits are some of the best on the market and include:

We ask that you:
  • Have experience working in either a parts or service background.
  • DMS/ERP systems experience would be an advantage.
  • Have strong customer service skills.
  • Can keep calm under pressure.
  • Have focus on solutions and problem-solving skills.
  • Are self-motivated.
