This is a dynamic role where youll be involved in the preparation and analysis of samples for ICP analysis in solid or liquid form.Preparing and testing material for hardness and viewing its surface/grain structure using various types of microscopes I.e. inverted microscope and SEM (Scanning electron Microscope). The analysis and testing are also required from a Quality perspective toensure products are meeting specification in terms of content and impurities prior to despatching to customers and production. Another task within the laboratory is the preparation and calibration for temperature measurement products for both samples and finishedproducts.All the analysis is conducted using safe established methods and strict adherence to procedure.
