Job Description

An exciting and rare opportunity has come up within our HR team in Duxford for an Administrator. We are looking for someone to join us who is looking to start a career, learn new things and develop new skills with a great company where you will get the supportyou need to succeed. What is really important to us is that the candidates we talk to during our recruitment process have a positive attitude and are motivated to get things done. However, we also welcome applications from people who have strong administrationexperience but this is not essential.In this role you will be supporting the team with general administration tasks and processes across HR and Payroll. If professional study appeals to you then we can also support with CIPD or payroll exams and are happy to discuss this at interview. As youbecome more capable and confident then the role offers the opportunity for increased responsibilities and exposure to more complex processes and tasks within the team.All we ask is that you:

  • Are interested and keen to learn
  • Have a positive and can do approach
  • Have good IT skills (competent user of MS Office)
  • Are able to communicate well both verbally and written
  • Have good organisational skills
