We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to creating an inclusive andsupportive environment for our students with SEN.Responsibilities:• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and meeting their educational goals.• Implement individualised learning plans and strategies tailored to each students unique needs.• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective interventions.• Support students in developing social skills, communication, and emotional well-being.• Monitor and track students progress, providing feedback and reporting to the SEN Coordinator.• Assist with personal care and physical support as required.• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and self-esteem.Requirements:• Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.• A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.• Ability to adapt to changing needs and work collaboratively as part of a team.• Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation relating to SEN education.Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or a related field are an advantage but not essential.We offer a competitive salary package, professional development opportunities, and a supportive working environment that values your contributions.
