Machine OperatorGreat Dunmow, EssexSalary £10-12 per hour depending on experienceWe are looking for a Machine/Production Operative to support a growing manufacturing operation in Great Dunmow. This is an exciting opportunity to get on board with a growing company within the industry.As a Machine Operator you will assist in the production of making high quality products to deadline, using relevant machines, ensuring the machines are functioning well and training others.Formal training will be provided for the right candidate.The Machine Operator Duties include:

Operating machine - These could include die cutting technology, digital cutting, routing and laminating.
Liaising with the logistics team and reporting to the Production Supervisor
Monitoring and checking equipment/machinery
Setting up machines for production
Using computers/ tablets to report/track work
Adhering to Health & Safety regulations, following rules and procedures
Training new Machine Operator hires

The ideal candidate for the Machine Operator will:

Be motivated and must have experience with similar machinery.
Have high attention to detail and a team mentality.
Be a team player and work with initiative.
Be used to hands on, physical labour, including lifting and standing.
Good time management skills, working to deadlines.
