Are you able to read Architectural/Constuction drawings Are you a looking for a role with real potential to grow and progress your career If so a growing manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team. You will need to be a dynamic, customer facing and driven individual who is wants to get involved in projects from initial enquiry through to final invoice. Duties:Liaise with contractors, specialist subcontractors and architects to discuss and resolve design requirements. Co-ordinate and create necessary setting out / drawing work. Prepare and issue manufacturing details to the factory. Maintain necessary contractual correspondence. Assist with queries from production staff. Co-ordinate with both the estimating and project management teams. Attend meetings with customers on site Full training will be given for candidates who show the right aptitudeExperience:Experience of reading architectural/technical drawings is a mustKnowledge of manufacturing and/or an understanding of the construction industry is neededA sound knowledge of Excel and a high level of numeracy is required. AutoCAD experience would be a benefitMust have a customer-focused attitude and be happy to attend customer sites Benefits:Salary 25,000 - £38,000Hours of work: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday20 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension Free car parking on site Required skills
