Contracts Manager Our client is a successful building contractor specialising in fuel forecourt construction.The company has gained an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects for clients including the major brand fuel companies and the major supermarkets.They are part of a very successful and financially robust group of companies who have genuinely exciting plans for growth and development continuing their recent controlled growth in turnover.They are seeking a Contracts Manager to manage three to five concurrent forecourt projects located on sites normally within a 2-3 hour drive radius of London/Essex but also on occasion further afield within the UK.Your primary place of work will be the Essex office although there will be regular site travel.Although their preference is for a contracts manager who resides within a commutable distance of their office they will also consider candidates who are happy to lodge near the office for two to three days per week (accommodation costs will be included in the package). They are also willing to consider an element of home working.Their ideal candidate will be a Contracts Manager with prior forecourt projects experience.They will however consider applications from candidates with general groundworks experience, or with main contracting experience with a locally (to Essex) based contractor.Our client has a very busy orderbook of work for 2021 and lots of project in the pipeline.Please contact us for further details at your earliest opportunity with a full CV and salary requirements.Contracts Manager Required skills
