Job Description

An opportunity has become available for an organised, reliable administrative assistant to join one of the UK’s largest and most dynamic wealth management houses at their head office at Doxford International Business Park.Working closely with the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will assist in administration duties in property management, facilities management and H&S management across a national portfolio of offices.Key Responsibilities• Code and approve FM invoices and purchase orders.• First point of contact for suppliers.• Assist the Facilities Manager to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.• Manage and monitor H&S training for all offices.• Assist in management of utility accounts and supplies.• Assist Facilities manager in all aspects of office moves and new acquisitions.Ideal Candidate• Must be extremely well organized and able to priorities workloads.• Be comfortable in communicating at all levels.• Must be IT and web literate.• Excellent eye for details.• Candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.• Well-presented and friendly demeanour.Skills / QualificationsNo formal qualification required; the candidate will need to:

  • Show an organised, proactive, and analytical approach to all work.
  • Be motivated to learn and develop within the position.
  • Work well under pressure and go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and project delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and build strong, professional relationships across at levels.
  • Take ownership of issues and show initiative in solving them.
