Job Title: 1-2-1 Teaching AssistantLocation: Disley, StockportWorking Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30 AM - 4:30 PMSalary: Weekly PayContract Type: Temp-PermRequired Qualifications: Enhanced DBS on the update serviceExperience: Ideally, experience working with children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, especially autism and associated social and communication needs.We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Disley, Stockport. This role involves providing individualized support to children with autism and associated social and communication needs in a bespoke and nurturingenvironment.Key Responsibilities:

Offer one-on-one support to a specific student with autism and associated needs.
Assist in implementing individualized education plans tailored to the students requirements.
Foster a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
Aid the student in academic and personal development.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

An Enhanced DBS on the update service is a mandatory requirement.
Preferably, previous experience working with children with SEMH needs, particularly autism and associated social and communication needs.
A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine commitment to the welfare and development of the student.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of the student.
