Material Planner/Customer Support Analyst - Desford, Leicester - Up to £21/hr - Inside IR35Do you have Material Planning experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Desford, Leicestershire Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping one of the world’s leading manufacturers of off-highway machinery and diesel and natural gas enginesrecruita Material Planner/Customer Support Analyst, and the role comes with a contract rate of £21 per hour - Inside IR35As a Material Planner, you will deliver and enhance customer satisfaction by assisting customers with orders/queries and the timely receipt of product whilst also driving incremental sales with the assigned customer base. You will strive to achieve maximumcustomer service, minimum inventory investment and efficient material flow to increase availability and provide assurance of supply for our customers, whilst keeping premium freight to a minimum spend.To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Act as the businesss initial interface with customers, ensuring relationships are developed and queries resolved with pace.
Manage customer orders.
Establish the priority of material needs, expedites and de-expedites as required.
Collaborate with customers via phone/email/Teams and online tools.
Identify and resolve future risks for customers production.
