PMP Recruitment is looking for full-time production operatives happy to work regular nights at a food manufacturer in Cwmfelinfach near Blackwood.Available shifts:10 pm - 6 amPay range: £11.29

£50 Bonus ( Subject to 100% attendance in any one week up to Xmas )

No experience needed !The factory environment can be busy, but your safety comes first and all personal protective equipment will be provided.This role will include picking/packing/lifting/moving working of fresh products and working on the production lines. You will clean the lines after products are finished and if needed you will be asked to prepare a line for the next product.Duties include:Producing a quality dairy productSupporting the shift leaders to achieve targets according to the production planComplying with all company policies and proceduresExcellent hygiene and housekeeping of the areaAbout you:Work well in a team and or ownGood understanding of health and safety and food hygienePrevious factory experience desirable but not essentialGood communication skillsFlexibility / adaptabilityAbility to show initiativeFull induction training is provided.Please note public transport is limited in this area.
