PMP Recruitment is looking for full-time production operatives available to work Nights regular at a food manufacturer in Cwmfelinfach near Blackwood.For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to move into a permanent position.Our client is one of the UKs most exciting independent food products manufacturers producing high quality, authentic mayonnaises, condiments, dressings and much more for many of the UKs largest food manufacturers and retailers.No experience is needed!The factory environment can be busy, but your safety comes first and all personal protective equipment will be provided.Available shifts: Sunday-Thursday10pm-6amHourly rate:£11.29£15 weekly bonus ( Subject to 100% production plan and target )This role will include picking/packing/lifting/moving working of fresh products and working on the production lines. You will clean the lines after products are finished and if needed you will be asked to prepare a line for the next product.Duties include:Producing a quality dairy productSupporting the shift leaders to achieve targets according to the production planComplying with all company policies and proceduresExcellent hygiene and housekeeping of the areaAbout you:Work well in a team and or ownGood understanding of health and safety and food hygienePrevious factory experience desirable but not essentialGood communication skillsFlexibility / adaptabilityAbility to show initiativeFull induction training is provided.Please note public transport is limited in this area.
