TH Solutions are very proud to be recruiting a Team Leader positions for a beautiful nursing home in Caldicot. The home is registered for 49 service users, offering both Nursing and Residential support and are committed to supporting their service userswith dignity, love and care.Main Duties of Team Leader include:

Leading a team of care assistants
Being fist point of call for care assistant
Arranging rotas
Providing support and care to residents
Supporting and assisting with personal care
Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks
Supporting the residents with their hobbies and social interests

As a Team Leader you would be working alongside a dedicated, caring and skilled team who offer ongoing training and support to their staff.
