Were looking to offer a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday), company car allowance anda range of other benefitsask us about this.What youll do on a typical day:You will manage the overall operation of the hub, ensuring targeted performance levels are met or exceeded. We need you to lead from the front when it comes to our trunking operations, someone that isnt afraid to challenge the norm and will be a catalystfor change should any part of the operation not be going in the desired operation. You will lead from the front with resource planning of the site, whilst monitoring the hubs activities to continually look for improvement.What you need to succeed at XPO:Achieving the KPIs for the operation will be led by yourself, were looking to employ an expert that can really add value to the site and be a leader of our team instead of a manager that likes to shy away. We want you to really take responsibility forthe hub, increase the skillset of the current workforce and really increase the output of the operation.
