Its not an easy task to ensure that the HR and payroll information of our workforce is managed efficiently and correctly. Were looking for a HRIT Project Manager to join us and support all project-related activity relatedto SuccessFactors and our related payroll and T&A systems.You will be based out of our Northampton office, but were flexible around this. As long as youre happy to maintain a presence in the office, were happy for you to work remotely when required.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a very competitive salary.   • Key technical lead for all IT projects withing the HR landscape
  • Ensuring requirements gathering workshops cover the required technical level of detail to allow appropriate outputs to be designed and implemented.
  • Working with other internal upstream and downstream teams to ensure technical solutions are considered end-to-end: HR, T&A, benefits pensions etc.
  • Working with vendors to ensure technical solutions are well understood and built accurately into the end to end solutions.
  • Delivery of IT project that adds value and strong controls
What you need to succeed at XPO:
  • Project management methodology
  • Good understanding of complex data flows including the use of middleware solutions (such as Boomi and Talend) and data replication
  • Proven experience of delivering IT change in a complex business environment
  • Technical aptitude and an ability to provide a communication bridge between the business, IT and HR
  • Prior experience of managing a technical system deployment
  • Ability to manage and motivate a disperse technical team
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a flexible approach
  • Project Management qualifications
