Company description:XPO Logistics, IncJob description:Logistics done differently.Here at XPO, were looking to bring in a Fleet Administrator at our site in Crick on a permanent basis. Ensuring Company commercial vehicle fleet are operated in a legal, compliant and cost-effective manner. You will support the operational & commercialneeds of the business through the provision of efficient and effective supply of fleet & procurement administration activities.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplacepension and many other benefits.What youll do on a typical day:

  • Administration of services & processing of fleet related fines.
  • Administration of various systems to include in house Fleet management database and various government portals.
  • Administration of procurement activities.
  • Establish relationships with operational teams to support systems usage relating to Fleet & Fuel administration.
  • Interface with group IT.
  • To support and develop the administration team to maximise innovation and a can do culture
  • Ability to cleanse and realign existing databases.
