The company specialise in maximising the service performance of plant and equipment. Due to sustained growth they are now actively on the lookout for a Production Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.The Role: Production Operative

  • Individuals will be required to undertake installation activities on steel fabricated equipment
  • Working in an accredited workshop environment to ISO 9001, therefore quality, compliance and standards need to be achieved
  • Regular requirements to undertake site activities working on engineering / construction sites away from home within the UK ranging from 1 day to 2 week periods
  • Basic hours are 40 per week with overtime paid and available as required
    • The Person: Production Operative
  • Experience with construction materials ranging from Mortars, Ceramics, Plastics & Steels preferred but not essential
  • Artisan trade skills would be a definite advantage. (Bricklaying, Tilling, Plastering, Fitters, Turners, Sheetmetal workers, Joiners, Steel Fixers, Glaziers, etc)
  • CCNSG or ECITB safety passports would be an advantage, but not necessary
  • A flexible approach to work as you will be working away on-site in various locations throughout the UK, this can be for as long as up to two weeks at a time
  • Commitment, ownership, pride and a can-do attitude are essential
