Job Description

Internal Sales co-ordinator£22,000Cradley HeathPermanentAdecco are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales co-ordinator to be based in Cradley Heath. This opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious Sales Professional working within a team who will support your growth and development.The ideal candidate will have experience of working with prospective and existing customers via telephone & email, following up quotes/queries and updating our SAP ERP system.The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • A determined and competitive nature.
  • The ability to operate as part of a team or independently and self-manage at times.
  • A focus on high customer service levels with both existing accounts and new prospects
  • Excellent IT skills with Microsoft products and in-house IT systems; previous knowledge of SAP is desirable.
  • Superb verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
    • Key tasks
  • Receiving Incoming Calls and emails
  • Follow Up Telephone Calls and emails
  • Process and manage CRM Software system
  • Process incoming orders
  • Liaise with our warehouse when required
