Job Description

We are currently working with a reputable manufacturing company based in the Sandwell area who are looking to expand their ever-growing team. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced CNC Setter Operator to join their hard working, friendly team. Weare looking for someone with a good work ethic and who is capable of working without supervision. We are looking for candidates with initiative with a can-do attitude.

  • Operate machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products
  • Knowledge of production procedures
  • Experience working with machinery such as Hurco, Colchester Lathe, and Mazak
  • Competent to work on your own
  • Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly
  • Ability to read drawings and manuals
  • Attention to detail
  • Work in a safe manner, always adhering to the Company Health and Safety policy and Safe Working Practices
  • Physical stamina and strength
  • Handle heavy equipment.
  • Good communication skills
