Job Description

  • Payroll Administrator (Temp)
  • 6 months assignment
  • £25,000.00 - £32,000.00 DOE
  • Coventry

Client DetailsA well established public sector organisation located in Coventry is looking to hire a Payroll Administrator on a six to seven months interim basis.Description
  • Processing payroll on iTrent / SAP including data input and maintenance of personal and bank details for all employers;
  • Calculate SSP, SMP and other deductions;
  • Setting up new employees on payroll system;
  • Dealing with payroll enquiries;
  • Calculate pro-rata payments including the benefits;
  • Deal with external agencies such as HMRC, Benefits Agency ect.
  • Undertake manual payroll calculations;
  • Ad-hoc payroll / admin duties.
ProfileThe ideal candidate will be immediately available or available on a short notice. They will:
  • Have minimum three years Payroll experience;
  • Have a sound understanding of iTrent or SAP;
  • Have good Excel knowledge;
  • Have great communication skills.
