You must be willing to work towards a teaching qualification or already hold one. They offer an attractive benefitspackage, including a company pension, private medical insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and an early finish on Friday.The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to educate, train and assess learners the theory behind manufacturing processes, quality and business in engineering in a classroom environment.The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer, who has experience teaching engineers, and will meet the requirements of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You will be proactive and be an excellent communicator, fostering a positive environmentfor learners.The Role*Delivering BTEC Level 3 Engineering Programmes*Teaching a range of Engineering principles - manufacturing, mechanics, quality and business*Delivering high quality teaching, with a variety of responsibility*Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm.
