Job Description

We are delighted to assist our valued client for a 3-6-month Fixed Term Contract for a Taskforce Information Reporting Manage.Working a 37.5-hour week Monday to Friday, on site 5 days per week.This role purpose is to provide an informative and accurate information service. Manage a team of information officers. To process, validate and produce employer staffing report to support the organisation in a accurate and timely manager. To act as a sourceof advice and guidance for Self Service users. Responsible for the provision of information to managers at all levels, to support their decision making to realise business efficient processes. To make informed decisions within area of responsibility.The post holder will be the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries relating to information reporting and will be expected to establish good working relations with key internal and external contacts, advising on all aspects of the Workforce Informationteam processes in accordance with local policy and guidelines. Experience required: -At least 3 years experience or accreditation or qualification in operating computer-based information systems relating to HR and /or Payroll functions.accreditation or qualification in operating computer-based information systems relating to HR and/or Payroll functions.Significant knowledge/experience of ESR or similar integrated HR/Payroll system.In depth experience of spreadsheet and database software packagesPrevious experience of training delivery and the preparation of training documentation.Experience of producing documents and reports to a high standard to present complex data in a meaningful way.Experience to work independently; prioritise workload to meet deadlines.Experience of managing a team. Used to working to high levels of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.Significant experience (at least three years),
