thefutureworks are working with a prestigious client to source a Fabricator Welder within a company who specialise in surface finishing solutions.Requirements:Must be able to read fabrication drawingsAssemble and fabricate various metal finishing machinery using a variety of tools and equipment according to the required specification.Read, interpret and follow basic diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and productsMust have experience in Mig welding. Utilize handheld tools such as a hand drills and grinders.Operate callipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other welding hand tool Maintain weld machines using preventative maintenance methods Maintain inventory of manufacturing product and welding consumables Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified Rework and/or repair welded parts and products according to engineering specification changes Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures Prioritize work flow through effective communication with management staff Maintain a clean and safe work area.Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem High attention to detail and self-motivation skills Specific technical or vocational training or certification preferred Work in a team environment and respect all teammates Physical demands and abilities Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
