Job Description

Are you passionate about social Then weve got the role for you!As a Social Media Executive, youll be responsible for day to day activity and performance of organic content and management of our social media accounts. For this role, youll have a vision for creating engaging content and a creative flair but you dontneed to have graphic design skillswe have an experienced design team for that. What you do need is a desire to work within social media marketing!As well as creating exciting content for our key social media channels youll be responsible for delivering a best in class community management strategy across platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Trustpilot, working with internal teams to ensurewe are talking to our customers in the right way at the right time.This role will allow you to work with key internal and external stakeholders. Youll work with our paid social agency on brand and production campaign activation across multiple brands throughout the Hillarys Group, and assist the Social Media Manager tocreate initiatives to increase return on investment and ensure continuous improvement. Youll also work with the Social Media Assistant to look after the content calendar; keeping our channels up to date.This role will give you exposure to working with sizeable budgets across multiple platforms as well as building contacts at the biggest social media platforms like Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube. Youll need to be competent with Microsoft Office packagessuch as Excel, and have excellent organisation and time management skills.
